Submit corrections or requests to add POs directly to Axcela Bio's data team

If you spot missing or incorrect information on a PO profile, you can report it in seconds—either directly in the app or by emailing our support team. This article walks you through both options and explains what happens after you submit your request so it reaches the data team quickly.

Below are the two types of requests you can submit—reporting a missing PO and reporting incorrect data—with step-by-step instructions for each.

1. Reporting a missing PO

In the App

  1. Submit a missing PO request: Click the message icon in the bottom right corner and send us a message with the website URL of the PO that you believe is missing.

  2. Resolution: Your report will be sent directly to our data team, who will review the request and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Via Email

2. Reporting Incorrect Data

In the App

  1. Go to the PO profile and copy the URL: Click the address bar in your browser to copy the URL.

  2. Submit a data correction request: Click the message icon in the bottom right corner and send us a message with the URL.

  3. Resolution: Your report will be sent directly to our data team, who will address the issue as quickly as possible.

Via Email
